Kalina Chankova

My name is Kalina Chankova and I was born in Sofia. I grew up in a large family of artists.

I graduated from the Secondary School of Applied Arts and the National Academy of Arts, majoring in Textile Design.

Over the years, I have been involved in art therapy activities for children with disabilities, worked for the magazines Ideal Home, Decor, and Brava Casa, and contributed to the decoration of various interior spaces and hospitality venues.

I have also completed a professional jewelry-making course and take great pleasure in working with metals and other materials.

Together with my mother, since 2012 we have been managing two boutiques dedicated to selected Bulgarian designer brands in the fields of fashion, jewelry, and applied arts.

In 2023, I gladly accepted the challenge to join Anna Colasante’s team in the role of artist, consultant, and designer.
